Where are you located?

Wonderspaces Philadelphia is located in Center City just two blocks from the Pennsylvania Convention Center and inside Fashion District Philadelphia. Our entrance from the mall is on street level across from the escalators at the 11th Street end. Our street entrance at 27 North 11th St is temporarily closed.

Where should I park?

The 11th Street garage operated by Sp+ has entrances on 11th Street between Filbert and Arch Streets, and on Arch Street between 11th and 12th Streets and connects to the Fashion District mall via the skybridge on L4. We have validation stickers for this garage at reception which will discount your parking to $12 for up to 4 hours, based on availability. How long will Wonderspaces be in Philadelphia? Is this a pop-up?

Wonderspaces plans to be in Philadelphia forever. We introduce new artwork every few months, so there’s always something new to see.

What are your hours?

Monday: 12PM-10PM

Tuesday: 12PM-10PM

Wednesday: 12PM-10PM

Thursday: 12PM-10PM

Friday: 10AM-10:30PM

Saturday: 10AM-10:30PM

Sunday: 10AM-9PM

How long does it take to experience Wonderspaces?

Visitors are welcome to stay as long as they please during operating hours.  The average time spent experiencing the show is 75-90 minutes.

What time do I need to arrive at for my timed ticket?

Please arrive within your 15 minute entry time window. If you miss your time slot, we will make every effort to accommodate you depending on capacity at your arrival time. Please make sure your ticket is used for the date and time purchased.

Can I change my ticket time or get a refund?

All ticket sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Ticket(s) may be rebooked only until their entrance time for a later date and time at the location of the original ticket(s) only.

Can I buy someone else’s ticket?

Only tickets purchased directly from Wonderspaces will be valid for entry. At least one member of each group must have an ID matching the name on the tickets.  

Why can I only buy one ticket?

If only one ticket is available, that means there is only one ticket remaining for that time slot.  If you would like to purchase more than one ticket, please select an alternate time.

When will future tickets be released?

Tickets are released on a rolling basis 8-12 weeks out. Please sign up for our email list in order to receive information on new artwork and ticket releases.  

Can I bring a camera and take pictures?

Non-commercial photos taken for personal use are welcome. Props, costumes, tripods, selfie sticks, gimbals, etc. are not permitted.

Can I hold a photo shoot at Wonderspaces?

Photo and video shoots outside of regular hours are available for an additional rate on a case by case basis, please email hello-phl@wonderspaces.com to inquire.

Can I leave Wonderspaces and come back in later?

There is no re-entry after leaving the venue.

Are dogs/animals allowed?

Service animals are permitted in Wonderspaces.

What should I bring to the show?

Bring your ticket, photo ID, and an open mind.

Can I bring in a backpack or bag?

Large bags are not permitted inside the show.

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes, we allow strollers inside the show. Please note a few installations may require visitors to leave strollers outside the installation while experiencing the artwork.

Is there an age requirement to attend Wonderspaces?

Wonderspaces is appropriate for everyone and all ages are encouraged to attend. Children under 16 require adult supervision and children under 3 can attend for free.

Is Wonderspaces ADA accessible?

Yes, Wonderspaces is ADA accessible.

Are food and beverages available inside the show?

Our bar features an assortment of craft cocktails, wine, beer, assorted nonalcoholic beverages, and limited bar snacks; you may view our bar menu here. No outside food or drink is permitted. Please note that Wonderspaces is currently cashless and accepts all major credit cards for payment.

Can I wear a costume to Wonderspaces?

Costumes are not permitted inside the exhibition.

Are there group rates?  Do you do corporate events?
